Through our unique academic phases - Distinctiveness (Preschool), Discovery (K-2), Development (3-5), and Deployment (6-12) - we walk with students every step of the way, helping them uncover their identity, grow in wisdom, and boldly influence the world around them. Enrollment Process
Apply
Apply at the link above. The Ark Academy will contact student’s current school for transcripts/records. Students will not be accepted until transcripts have been received.
A $35 application fee will be paid online at the time of submission.
Interview
After application is complete, the student will be scheduled for an interview day.
This includes:
- Student Interview
- Parent Interview
- Student time in classroom for testing and observation
- School tour (if not already completed)
Acceptance
An official letter of acceptance or denial will be sent by email.
Enrollment Packet
Once accepted, the parents/student will complete the official enrollment packet online.
This packet will include:
- Acceptance Letter
- Enrollment Deadline
- Financial Agreement
- Parent/Student Handbook
- Family Agreement
- Official Release of Student Records
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Elementary required to wear uniforms?
No. K-5 is not required to wear uniforms. Only upper-class students (middle and high school on Ambassador Day.)
Is The Ark Academy accredited?
The Ark is registered in the State under the Tennessee Association of Church Related Schools (TACRS). We are a a Category IV Church Related School in the state of Tennessee.
How are school trips funded?
Families are encouraged to fundraise and promote these trips as part of their academic and faith experiences.
Are there scholarships available?
The Ark Academy is a private school that is funded through annual tuition of Ark Families. At this time no scholarship is available.
Are payment plans available?
